A variety of part-time jobs are offered throughout the baseball season. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and hardworking employees to provide an unparalleled experience for our fans. A description of each gameday position with job application can be found below.

The Memphis Redbirds are currently seeking energetic individuals to join our RedHots team for the 2013 season. Applicants must have commitment to work nights, weekends, and gamedays.

A RedHots team member needs to be able to do the following: feel comfortable in front of large crowds, provide customer service at all times, set-up & execute ALL in-game promotions, lead crowd in cheers/rallies on the dugouts, entertain and interact with the crowd from entrance until exit from AutoZone Park.

RedHots team applicants must be willing to go the extra mile to get the job done, have a positive attitude and the ability to multi-task, adhere to Memphis Redbirds organizational policies and procedures, have a professional, upbeat, and friendly personality at all times. Applicants should be willing to work outdoors and be able to stand for long periods of time.

Employees in the Boardwalk are primary responsible for overseeing games and to supervising particpating children during Redbirds games.

We are looking for individuals between the ages of 16-25 that are extremely energetic, interactive, and work well with children, adults, and other employees. It will be important for individuals to convey a sense of fun with enthusiasm as well as using good judgment in areas of safety and security of participants. Willingness to work outdoors and ability to stand for long periods of time are required. Prior cash handling experience is preferred.
