Boardwalk Attendant

Employees in the Boardwalk are primarily responsible for overseeing games and to supervising participating children during Redbirds games.

We are looking for individuals between the ages of 16-25 that are extremely energetic, interactive, and work well with children, adults, and other employees. It is important for individuals to convey a sense of fun with enthusiasm as well as using good judgment in areas of safety and security of participants. Willingness to work outdoors and ability to stand for long periods of time are required. Prior cash handling experience is preferred.

Box Office Ticket Seller

The ticket seller will assist the Ticket Operations Manager and Box Office Supervisor in day to day operations of the AutoZone Park Box Office. They will use TicketReturn ticketing software to sell tickets via box office window and over the phone to Redbirds games and other events at the ballpark.

Primary Job Functions:

  • Knowledge and understanding of AutoZone Park seating chart and price points.
  • Provide excellent customer service to AutoZone Park patrons.
  • Be able to multiple task ( i.e. answer the phone while attending to customers at the window).
  • Answer the phones courteously. Give out accurate information and transfer calls correctly.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, days, nights, weekends, holidays, extended work days.
  • Reconcile all monies, coupons, vouchers, etc. at the end of the night.
